Benjamin A. Pushner

Ben has more than 25 years of experience handling all kinds of general liability matters in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, and in administrative proceedings ranging from discrimination to lemon law to workers compensation. Ben has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts, on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs. He has worked as a staff attorney for an insurance company as well as for a regional plaintiffs' personal injury firm, and has resolved hundreds of cases in advance of trial, through negotiation, arbitration, mediation and dispositive motions. In addition to defending civil cases on behalf of insurance companies and multi-national corporations, he has represented injury claimants, and brings that broad insight to his advocacy. Ben also receives appointments as an arbitrator and mediator certified pursuant to the Massachusetts Confidentiality Statute and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution.

When away from the office, Ben enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his family and their dog.
